Plus 1 : 1 Session - September 20th, 2021 to October 20th, 2021 - . This class is designed for those that might be feeling a bit static. It is designed to support new movement. To propel life in a direction that feels aligned for y o u. Where do you feel content in your life? Now, where do you feel complacent? We want to offer gentle support & activities to get the internal Creator moving again. . Each week will include dream analysis, questions for reflection & sharing, and prompts with a specific focus. I will be braiding Astrology into everything - on both the individual & collective levels. My main medicine comes through Sacred Synchronicity : a palpable guidance system that tends to work well with any individual filter of experience. Exploring with others in this way can be healing on so many levels... How would it feel to be fully supported in your life's movement now? |
Week One : Art as Therapy. Learning movement through artistic expression. Specific use of watercolor & tools for emotional growth.

Week Two : Cooking as Nourishment. Uncovering bodily signals & practicing nourishing recipes. Tools for grounding.
This week will be co-taught with Angelica Covillo.

Week Three : Dancing with Life. Practicing physical movement & creating intuitive flow. Tools for strengthening.

Week Four : Building with Your Shadow. Learning to communicate compassionately. Tools for moving the spiritual to the material.
This week will be co-taught with Angelica Covillo.

1 : 1 Session : Prior to our four weeks together, two one-hour private sessions are available to you from both me + Angelica Covillo.
I will be looking at your Astrology & Waking/Dreaming continuum of movement.
Angelica will tune in to your Higher Self and provide healing organically.
